About your host, Sandra: "I started cooking lessons 7 years ago. The experience of teaching and hosting new people at home is really fun! Having grown up in northern Tuscany, I spent several years in Milan and then Matera. I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many and varied wonderful dishes!"
