Itinerary Details
Day 1: Amman Delights
Transfer to Hotel then start experiencing Jordan by learning the basics of traditional cuisine as you cook your first dinner and enjoy a meal at
Beit Sitti. Enjoy this cooking experience where you will make appetizers, a main course, & Jordan's favorite dessert:

Overnight in Amman
Day 2: Ajloun Hike
Head north to Ajloun for a walk through the ancient olive groves. Visit the soap house where local women make olive oil soap by hand! Then visit the Biscuit House & try home-baked olive oil & molasses biscuits. Have a traditional lunch at a rest-house where locals make dishes typical to the area. Return to Amman for overnight & enjoy an evening walking around downtown to explore its cuisine & liveliness
Day 3: A meal in Madaba
In the morning, depart to Madaba stopping on the way at an olive press to learn about the process. Have an olive tasting experience & enjoy fresh
Mana'eesh for breakfast made with Jordanian olive oil
After breakfast, continue to Madaba to see the Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land along with many others. For lunch, experience a traditional dish from the region then continue to Mount Nebo then head to the Dead Sea for overnight
Day 4: Dead Sea Time
Spend the day in the Dead Sea where you will relax under the sun, bathe in mud masks, & enjoy floating on water. In the early afternoon, leave to Aqaba. Have a traditional lunch on the way then spend the night in Aqaba
Day 5: Under the Sand
Spend the day in Aqaba enjoying all its water activities. In the afternoon, head to Wadi Rum to enjoy a traditional camping experience starting with tents, Bedouin Tea and a Bedouin

Overnight in Wadi Rum
Day 6: Cardamon & Coffee
Tour the spectacular desert of Wadi Rum & have lunch in a Bedouin tent followed by the traditional freshly roasted coffee & cardamon
After lunch, transfer to Petra for overnight
Day 7: Cooking in Petra
Tour the ancient rose-red city of Petra -built by the Nabataeans more than 2000 years ago
For dinner, you will be trying out your own cooking skills at the

Day 8: Mansaf & Wine
After breakfast, enjoy a morning visit to Beidha to see some ancient wine press
Travel along the Kings Way, stop at a vegetable market in Tafileh for tea then continue to Karak - the heart of Jordan's national dish
Mansaf. Learn about its secrets then have it for lunch
Return to Amman & spend the evening at the Winemaker for dinner & tasting of local wines produced by St. George

Day 9: Departure
After breakfast, head to airport for departure
