Spend four days hopping from one beautiful Alpine town to another on this adventure from Zurich. Soak up the fresh mountain air in Lucerne and Interlaken, ride a panoramic cable car to the summit of Mt Titlis and visit the birthplace of Gruyère cheese in the Swiss countryside. Sightsee in urban Geneva and Bern, Switzerland’s capital, and admire the iconic Matterhorn mountain in Zermatt. Day 1 Zurich - Lucerne - Engelberg - Mt. Titlis - Interlaken
Stop At: Lucerne
Check in for your tour in the morning of your first day, then drive 45 minutes south to Lucerne, a beautiful city on the shores of Lake Lucerne with Mt Pilatus and Rigi in the distance. After a visit, proceed south to the mountain resort town Engelberg, where a cable car awaits.
Stop At: Mount Titlis
Enjoy panoramic Alpine views on your cable car ride to up Mt Titlis. At the base station, transfer to the incredible Titlis Rotair gondola, which takes you up to the snow-covered summit.
Stop At:
During your approx. two hours stay on top of Mt. Titlis, you have the possibility to take a ride on the popular Ice Flyer (not included in the tour price)
Stop At: Brunig
In the afternoon, cross Brunig Pass to the Bernese Oberland region. Stop in the village of Brienz, a center of excellence for traditional woodcarving.
Stop At: Interlaken
End your day in the picturesque resort town of Interlaken, straddling Lake Thun and Lake Brienz at the foot of the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau peaks.
Day 2 Interlaken - Bern - Gruyères - Geneva
Stop At:
After breakfast, leave Interlaken behind and drive to the Swiss capital Bern, for a tour of its UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town.
Stop At: Old City

Stop At: Bundesplatz
During your visit you will also pass by famous 'Bundesplatz'. Continue driving south to the scenic countryside, filled with sprawling dairy farmlands. Stop in the postcard–worthy hilltop town of Gruyères, where Gruyère cheese hails from, and see how the region's tasty treat is made on a tour of a local factory.
Stop At: Geneva
Then travel along the Vaud riviera to Geneva, and spend the rest of the evening exploring this metropolitan city independently.
Day 3 Geneva - Lausanne - Montreux - Täsch - Zermatt
Stop At: Geneva
Start your day with a Geneva city tour. Admire the scenery of Lake Geneva, see the City Hall, and check out where the European seat of the UN is headquartered.
Stop At: Chateau de Chillon
Leaving Geneva behind, stop briefly in the towns of Lausanne and Montreux and pass by 13th-century Chillon Castle (photo stop) before continuing through Valais, the valley of the Rhône river.
Stop At: Zermatt
In Täsch, board a cogwheel train and ride up to the mountain resort of Zermatt at the foot of the mighty Matterhorn, a symbol of Switzerland (and of Disneyland for fans of its famous ride that is named after this Alpine peak).
Day 4 Zermatt - Täsch - Airolo - Zurich
Stop At: Gornergrat
Spend the morning at leisure in town: shop for souvenirs, admire the quaint old farm houses, or take the cogwheel train up to the snow-covered Gornergrat mountain (own expense).
Stop At: Nufenen Pass
In the afternoon, board the train to Täsch, where the bus will be waiting to take you over the breathtaking Nufenen Pass to Airolo.
Stop At: Zurich
From Airolo you will return to Zurich by bus or train (depends on the group size). Arrival is at approx. 6.30pm.
