Itinerary Details

This is a typical itinerary for this product

Day 1 Explore Leh; You would be provided with your choice of bikes. You can visit the Sunset @Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace.

Stop At: Shanti Stupa

Large, domed Buddhist temple featuring intricate carvings, statues & a serene vibe.

Duration: 2 hour

Day 2 We will visit Lamayuru Monastery. On our way back we will witness the enchanting beauty of moon land & Alchi Monastery.

Stop At:

Lamayuru Monastery is the house of more than 300 monks. It performs spiritual activities on daily basis and is a reflection of Drikung & Kagyu tradition.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Magnetic Hill

Magnet Hill is a "Cyclops hill" located near Leh in Ladakh, India. The layout of the area and surrounding slopes create the appearance of a hill.

Stop At: Alchi Monastery

Alchi Monastery or Alchi Gompa is a Buddhist monastery, known more as a monastic complex of temples in Alchi village in the Leh District.

Duration: 40 minutes

Day 3 Hunder; Today we ride towards Nubra Valley aka Hunder. It is a village in Leh famous for Sand dune, Bactrian camel.

Stop At: Turtuk

You can explore the last outpost of Turtuk at Thang after which Pakistan controlled Gilgit begins.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Khardung La

High mountain pass @ 17,580 Feet

Duration: 10 minutes

Day 4 Pangong Lake; situated at a height of 14,270 ft is an endorheic lake known for its blue water & fascinating landscapes.

Stop At:

The Shyok River a tributary of the Indus River that flows through northern Ladakh in India and Gilgit–Baltistan in Pakistan, spanning some 550 km.

Day 5 Chang La Pass; we will cross Changla (17,350 ft. 3rd highest motorable road in the world) to head back to Leh city.

Stop At: Changla Pass

The Chang La is a high mountain pass in Ladakh, India. It is claimed to be the 3rd highest motor-able road in the world. Chang La is approached from Leh via Kharu and Sakti village by an asphalt road. The climb is very steep and requires a careful drive.

Duration: 20 minutes

Day 6 Tsomoriri

Stop At:

It is a very extreme journey (220 kilometres) with cold winds and thin air even during summers. Our tour leader will make sure that you remain safe and sound throughout your ride. Dinner and bed will be arranged in campsite near lake.

Duration: 12 hour

Day 7 Tsomoriri - Tso Kar - Leh

Stop At:

Tso Kar Lake is situated in Rupshu Plateau south of Ladakh. It is a protected wet land park with snow clad mountains and panoramic view.

Stop At: Tanglang La

We will cross Tanglang La pass (17,480 feet) on our way back to Leh.

Duration: 10 minutes

Day 8 Leh; Local Exploration

Stop At: Leh Market

Tibetan Handicrafts & Wares. Silver and Stone Jewellery. Pashmina Shawls And Woolens. Rugs And Kashmiri Carpets. Apricots' Jam, Oil. Tibetan Handicraft Emporium (Main Bazaar Road) and Tibetan Handicraft Community Showroom (Choglamsar)

Day 9 Departure

Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport is an airport in Leh, the capital of Ladakh, India.
