Dale M

Belle, out tour guide was very nice and the van was clean and comfortable. We saw quite a bit of Auckland. The reason for 3 stars was her poor navigation skills - she was 30 minutes late picking us up for a 4 hour tour as she kept missing the turn to our hotel and I spent 4 frustrating calls to get her there. She chose the longest line at the museum to get our tickets. I finally went to an empty kiosk, was told of course the tickets could be purchased there and I called her over. Another 15 minutes lost. We cut short our visit to an incredible museum to catch up on time. By the end we were running late for the ship and again she kept getting lost, despite the fact that I told her the name of the wharf and the ship. Even when we could see it, she still made a wrong turn and we had to go around again- another 15 minutes lost. She was very nice, but needs to learn the roads better. Bottom line NOT worth $421 US
