I'm not sure what the woman's name is but she's very nice and friendly. She has such a wonderful personality. I had to call because I didn't know how to get to their location off my ship. Depending on where your ship docks and what cruiseline you use, be prepared to walk. I was on the Norwegian Epic and we walked for about 10 minutes to even get to the taxi area. I almost missed the tour. The cruiseline offered shuttles $15/pp but when I asked the shuttle rep if it would take us near the excursion location, she wouldn't respond. So instead of wasting $45 (3 people) on uncertainty, we walked and paid a taxi driver less than half of that to drop us directly in front of the door in an alley. We were a few minutes late but they waited for us. Our guide, Louis (Luis) was very patient with all in the group. I wasn't the easiest person to teach but I eventually caught on. It's a fun experience that makes you want to do it again. Each location we visited was beautiful. Louis also offered to take pictures of us. Great company and great tour.
