Maybe you intended to visit Kenya, or Namibia, or Ethiopia. Or maybe you never really planned to go there, but, still, you would like to take a virtual trip to those places in a new, compelling, and, most of all, safe way. This webinar is exactly what you were looking for since it offers you an in-depth look at the most extraordinary traditional tribes of East and West Africa, showing you their ways of living in the most spectacular remote rural and desert areas. I lived in Africa for twelve years of my life, working as a photographer and documentary film-maker for UN Agencies and International NGOs. I documented their projects, traveling in fourteen Sub-Saharian countries, seeing and experiencing magical beauty, and touching lives. In twelve years I acquired a vast archive of photos, each one of them with incredibly touching stories behind. If you are ready to embark on a photography learning journey join me on this journey and experience Africa before it will vanish forever.

Itinerary Details

This is an extraordinary photography trip through three different African countries: Kenya, Ethiopia, and Namibia. I will take you to visit six traditional tribes I photographed when I lived in the continent some years back. Through the photos and my tales, shared like in a living diary, you will be able to travel in time and space, experiencing two hours of beauty, comfortably seated at home. Together we will travel across the Great Rift Valley, witnessing the life of the Maasais, Turkana, El Molo, Hamer, Mursi and Kara as they survive in the savannah or in the desert, surrounded by spectacular wildlife. Then, with the click of the mouse, we'll move towards Northern Namibia, at the border with Angola, where the peaceful and gorgeous Himba tribe lives isolated from the rest of the world. Finally, we will board on a plane to fly over the breathtaking landscapes of Namibia, to admire its land and the beauty of the desert that meets the Atlantic ocean. Now, that we are all stranded at home, don't miss the opportunity to see the most spectacular continent and its original people. Book this nature and anthropological Photo Safari to see realities you might have never imagined existed.
